JCI Global Corp is an international sourcing and procurement company. Through our website we provide information about our services, a marketplace of listings, a help desk, quote and inquiry tools, and a business funding referral tool. Specific engagements are governed by the separate written terms we agree with you for that engagement.

Sourcing and procurement engagements

JCI operates either as an agent (sourcing and coordinating on your behalf for a transparent fee, without taking title) or as a principal (purchasing and reselling to you at a stated margin). On public/government procurement, JCI acts as an agent only. The applicable model and terms for your engagement are stated in writing for that engagement. Quotes are estimates and are not binding until confirmed in writing.

Business funding referrals

Our funding tool connects businesses with third-party funding and financing partners. JCI is not a lender. We do not make credit decisions and do not guarantee approval, funding amounts, rates, fees, terms, or availability. Funding approval and all terms are determined solely by the applicable funding provider and are subject to its own eligibility and underwriting requirements. Any application you make with a funding partner is governed by that partner’s terms and privacy policy. JCI may receive a referral fee if you proceed with a partner. Nothing on our website is financial, legal, or tax advice.

Marketplace listings

Listings are provided for information and may change or become unavailable. Pricing for listed items and for sourcing or shipping is provided by quote and is not final until confirmed in writing. Descriptions and availability are provided in good faith but are subject to confirmation for each order.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with their operation; submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; or infringe the rights of others.

Intellectual property
