How to Donate an Unwanted Property
Not every property is an asset. An inherited house you can’t maintain, vacant land you’re still paying taxes on, or a home that’s become more burden than benefit can weigh on you for years. Donating a property is one way to move on from it. Here’s an honest look at how it works with JCi Global Corp.
What kinds of property can be donated?
We accept property nationwide and in any condition — houses, land, commercial buildings, and more. That includes situations many buyers shy away from: inherited property, vacant or distressed homes, and even properties that are underwater or behind on payments.
Because every property and situation is different, the first step is simply telling us about yours. There’s no obligation in starting the conversation.
How the process works
You submit a short inquiry with the property type, location, and your situation. Our team reviews it and reaches out to understand the details and walk you through the options. If it’s a fit, our team handles the process from there.
We’ll be clear at every step. Nothing is binding until it’s reviewed and agreed in writing — submitting the form starts a conversation, not a transfer.
Being upfront about what this is (and isn’t)
Property donations to registered charities are often used for a tax deduction. We want to be straight with you: JCi Global Corp supports a community cause but is not a registered charitable organization, so a property donation here is not represented as tax-deductible.
What it can offer is a path out of a property that’s become a burden, handled by a team that deals with these situations — without the long road of listing, showing, and selling it yourself. Whether that’s the right move depends on your circumstances, which is exactly what the conversation is for.
Frequently asked questions
Can I donate a house that has a mortgage or is underwater?

Do you accept property outside of Charlotte?
Yes. Property donations are accepted nationwide. (Free vehicle pickup is Charlotte-area, but property is not location-limited.)
Is donating my property tax-deductible?

Is submitting the form a commitment?
No. It starts a conversation, not a transfer. Nothing is binding until reviewed and agreed in writing.
